Tâches

• Receiving materials, storing them, and issuing goods to production
• Processing and documentation of quality reports (non-conformities) in the system
• Shipping coordination and transport execution
• Returns management and scrapping of materials
• Dangerous goods orders and processing in accordance with regulations
• Archiving of all relevant delivery documents
• Regular inventories to ensure stock levels

• Active participation in process improvements in warehouse logistics
  

Profil

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or freight forwarding clerk
• Many years of professional experience in logistics, ideally with a focus on aviation
• Experience in the areas of scheduling, material procurement, warehouse logistics, supply chain and process optimisation
• In-depth knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2), French skills an advantage
• Class B driving licence
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
