In the position of Quality Management Employee at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel, you will work independently and proactively to ensure the highest standards. Your strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively will create a trusting working environment where strong interpersonal communication skills can flourish.

The gross annual salary ranges from approximately €80,800 to a maximum of €83,700. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tâches

  • Ensuring product and service conformance with quality requirements for on-time, cost-efficient delivery and strengthening customer loyalty
  • Leading and facilitating complex quality solutions as well as continuous improvement initiatives by defining standards and performance improvement measures
  • Responsibility for process safety and reliability, especially in early development phases
  • Definition, maintenance and improvement of quality relevant processes incl. performance management and digitalisation. Performance management and digitalisation
  • Monitoring of process compliance and effectiveness to ensure high repeatability and standardisation
  • Responsibility for the quality of Airbus/Satair materials along the entire process chain
  • Management of the local process footprint and active co-design of global quality processes
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (MFTs) in Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service and Operations, Customer Service and Operations

Profil

  • Completed studies in the field of aerospace or a comparable technical degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of process improvement, quality management and quality assurance
  • Sound knowledge of lean management and process management as well as basic knowledge of change management and KAIZEN
  • Experience in the logistics environment desirable
  • Confident, detailed handling of SAP and Google Workspace; experience with Skywise, IT development/coding an advantage
  • Business fluent in English (min. C1 level) and English CV required
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
