As part of the quality team in equipment assembly, you will ensure that every detail is right – and not just before takeoff. Tâches

• Review and analysis of technical and qualitative deviations from production
• Coordination and monitoring of corrective and preventive measures with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensuring production quality through short-term measures and foreign object debris (FOD) prevention
• Performing final checks, special inspections, and practical problem solving
• Coaching and supporting colleagues on quality-related issues
• Reviewing production processes in accordance with aviation regulations and monitoring assigned tasks

Profil

• Completed training as an electronics technician for aeronautical systems, aircraft mechanic (production engineering), or aircraft builder, each with at least a master craftsman's certificate
• Several years of professional experience in production, line side support, quality assurance, and quality management—ideally in the aerospace industry
• Basic knowledge of SAP, ideally experience with Google Workspace
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift model)

• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
