Tâches

• Conducting tenders and contract negotiations to ensure optimal procurement conditions
• Managing contracts throughout all project phases in close coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring and controllingsupplier performance in terms of quality, cost, logistics, and support
• Supporting and, if required, leading multifunctional teams during tender and award processes
• Applying effective risk management to reduce operational costs and increase customer value
• Collaborating closely with project teams and supporting procurement in ongoing projects
• Taking responsibility within a Multi-Functional Team, including potential delegation of tasks

Profil

• Completed degree in Business Administration or International Management
• Long-standing professional experience in procurement, contract management, and project management
• Proven track record in international, cross-functional teams and complex supply chain environments
• Confident handling of Google Workspace
• Fluent in German and English, both at least at C1 level (business fluent)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
