Measurement Technician in Quality Management (m/f/x)

• Carrying out defined quality inspections until delivery of the product
• Measurement and evaluation of engine/valve components and ALM parts on 3D measuring machines
• Labelling of deviations on products, equipment and test equipment
• Identification of deviations and certification of product conformity according to design documents
• Creation of quality reports
• Carrying out measurements using optical 2D and 3D inspection methods
• Close cooperation with other departments (production, design)

Profil

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession or as a master craftsman or technician
• Several years of professional experience in metrology, quality management and quality assurance as well as experience in turning and milling is an advantage
• Knowledge in handling measuring devices relevant for quality inspection
• Expertise in handling 3D measuring devices (optical and tactile) is an advantage
• Good understanding of complex drawings with complex shape and position tolerances, confident handling of various testing and measuring equipment (e.g. roughness contour measuring devices)
• In-depth user knowledge of SAP R/3
• Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
