As an Electrical Engineer Change Management Aviation at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you can expect a challenging role in the field of cabin adaptation for the A350. You will combine technical expertise, process understanding, and innovative spirit to shape the flight experience of tomorrow with your work. • Creation and management of technical documentation for IFEC systems (in-flight entertainment and connectivity)
• Development of electrical circuit diagrams and test instructions for production
• Project responsibility for small projects for process optimization within cabin customization
• Introduction and implementation of new working methods, methods, and tools as part of digital transformation
• Participation in technical coordination meetings (ITCMs) with airlines and international suppliers
• Technical interface coordination with internal departments such as manufacturing, IT, programs, and configuration management
• Management of external engineering service providers for the definition of IFEC systems
  

Profil

• Degree in electrical engineering, engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, change management, cabin customization, and process improvement
• Initial professional experience in electrical engineering / electronics
• In-depth knowledge of digitization processes / data management, project management, and A350 customization engineering
• In-depth user knowledge of MS Excel, PDMLink, and Google Workspace
• Proficiency in German and English (at least B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
