For our client Airbus Operations GmbH, we are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer Cable Laying at the site Hamburg-Finkenwerder. In this position, you will be responsible for the pre-design of electrical wiring systems for the Single Aisle program – from interpreting system requirements to configuration review and data processing. The gross annual salary is between €73,000 and €76,000 depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider applicants with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

• Configuration and pre-definition of electrical cables and their routing and fastening in the single aisle area
• Interface between system definition and detailed design of electrical installation and production drawings
• Evaluation of technical changes and their effects on existing configurations
• Evaluation of data and maintenance in Airbus-specific tools
• Collaboration on internal projects in the field of electrical systems
  

Profil

• Completed vocational training with additional further training as a technician or specialist in the field of electrical engineering
• Alternatively, completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable technical studies
• Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering/electronics, engineering, design and configuration management
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems (ATA 929/928)
• In-depth application experience in CATIA V5, Zamiz, Google Workspace and Taksy
• Knowledge of Skywise and Trend is an advantage
• Proficiency in English (min. C1) and advanced knowledge of German (min. B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
