At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as an Production Coordinator to control the entire flow within the production station. You are the central interface between the shopfloor team, quality assurance, and external partners – ensuring with process-oriented thinking that disruptions are minimised and outstanding work is handled efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Production Coordination: Supervision of the aircraft flow in the ongoing process and coordination of partner topics and outstanding work
- Disruption Management: Initiation of measures to resolve internal and external disruptions as well as time-critical escalation management
- Quality Assurance: Technical support in internal and external quality gates and management of non-conformities (ANDON NC)
- Outstanding Work Coordination: Planning, supervision, and documentation of all outstanding work including reporting to production management
- Process Monitoring & Reporting: Daily status assessment of the production process, Pareto analyses, and monitoring of quality gates
- Communication & Presentation: Presentation and review of work results as well as customer presentations
- Project Support: Technical consultation and leadership of small and sub-projects within the production environment
Qualifications
- Completed technical education, at least at master craftsman level, ideally in aerospace or a related technical field
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning/control, and aircraft construction
- Experience in manufacturing/production and manufacturing engineering
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong technical understanding of product interrelationships in production and ability to prioritise
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system (early and late)
- Process-oriented thinking, communication skills, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
