You prepare flight and ground tests, define scenarios, and evaluate the data obtained – with technical depth and a clear eye for deviations. The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Active involvement: Assisting with the preparation of flight tests and ground tests on the aircraft
- Conceptual work: Contributing ideas to the definition of test content and scenarios
- Test supervision: Responsible supervision of flight tests from the ground station
- Analysis and reporting: Analysis of flight test data and preparation of results as well as any deviations
- Instrumentation: Defining requirements to support flight test instrumentation on test aircraft
- Software support: Developing analysis routines or defining requirements for modern analysis software
- Interface work: Close collaboration with design, development, and test teams both within and outside the company
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Several years of professional experience in the field of IT / information systems
- Programming experience is required
- Knowledge of avionics, aircraft inspection, or the preparation of technical documentation is an advantage
- Knowledge of fighter aircraft avionics is desirable
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Office and good knowledge of programming tools
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Teamwork skills, good communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate closely in an international environment and a good understanding of complex issues
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
